Cornerstone is the exclusive marketing arm for a HUD program administered by a local non-profit community development agency, Del Norte Neighborhood Development Corp.  Del Norte acquires HUD homes that have been foreclosed, refurbishes them and re-sells them to owner occupants meeting certain income guidelines. 

These homes are often sold below market and offer a wonderful alternative to homebuyers seeking good quality homes that have been evaluated and updated so that they are in move-in condition, usually with all new appliances and carpeting.  No short sales or dealing with bank owned properties where the seller is not interested or able to negotiate a quick deal or to remedy minor or major physical flaws in the home.
