Buyer Rebate Program
Cornerstone Realty has been a pioneering force in affordable housing in the metro Denver area for over twenty years. In this often chaotic real estate market, we are giving back to the people who most need assistance, a portion of our commission to help in any way needed, to successfully navigate the home buying process.
Assistance will be provided at closing for any number of uses as permitted by the lender and/or program requirements. These funds are provided as a Grant and are not repayable at any time.
Program Guidelines
Buyers must execute Buyer Agency Agreement with Cornerstone Realty, Inc. and purchase a home in the metro Denver area. Buyers must ber pre-qualified by an acceptable lender for a loan product which may include leveraged assistance and which is not considered sub-prime or contains unacceptable provisions such as pre-payment penalties, negative amortization or excessive rate adjustablity.

* Loan program requirements may preclude use of funds for down payment or other uses. If not available to the buyer under any circumstances, Cornerstone will donate the funds to a non-profit organization of the buyer's choice.
Assistance Schedule *
$500.00 Rebate
* Property purchased must be listed in Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or by owner with minimum commission paid to selling broker of 2.8%. Lesser commissions will result in proportionate reduction in assistance.
